On a quiet Saturday morning in April with a very nice weather outside in the backyard , I set about  creating a simple green leaf crochet pattern. materials you need :

1- size 3,5 hook

2- mary maxim best valu size 4 green yarn

3- spraying starch

 R1 make a chain of 14,  work turn the work, crochet sc in 1st  ch  from the hook and work 11 sc in next 11 ch stitchs till the 12th ch work 6sc, keep working going to the other side of the 14 chs, 9sc in next 9 chs  (27)
R2 1ch turn the work, sc in 1st sc which is the last sc of R1 , sc in next 11sc ,3sc in between 11th and 12th  sc then work sc in next 12 sc (27)
R3 1ch, turn the work , sc in 1st sc which is the last sc of R2, sc in next 10sc, 2sc in between 11th sc and 12th sc ,sc in next 13sc (26)
R4 1ch, turn the work, sc in 1st sc which is the last sc of R3, sc in next 11sc, 2sc between 11th sc and 12th sc, sc in next 12 sc  (26)
 R5  1ch  turn the work, sc in 1st sc which is the last sc of R4, sc in next 12sc, 2sc between 13th and 14th sc, sc in next 11 sc  (26)
 R6   1ch  turn the work, sc in 1st sc which is the last sc of R5, sc in next 11sc, 2sc between  12th and 13th sc, sc in next 12 sc  (26)
 R7  1ch  turn the work, sc in 1st sc which is the last sc of R6 , sc in next 14sc, sl st in next sc cut and secure the yarn
 leaf finishing  use spraying   starch, starch the leaf and air dry it
