2- size 10  black  (for the mouth) and size 1.75 hook

3- size 10 red (for the tongue and hearts ), and size 1.75 hook

R5	*3dc, inc* repeat from *to* all around join with sl st (70) fasten off cut and secure  yarn
eyes (hearts)	red thread (doubled) and 1.75 hook make two
R1	in a magic ring, work:ch3, 3tr, 4dc, ch1, tr, ch1, 4dc, 3tr, ch3, sl st into the M.R.
R2	ch3, work 2sc into top of ch3 of R1, 2dc into the top of 1st  tr,2nd tr of R1,dc in each of next 5tr, ch1, tr, ch1, dc in each of next 5tr, 2dc into next 2tr, 2sc on the top  of ch3 ofR1, ch3, sl st into M.R., fasten off, cut and secure thread.
heart finishing	hand  sew with red sewing thread the two hearts on the face as shown in the picture
mouth	red thread (doubled) and 1.75 hook
