Knitting or crocheting as a hobby has its merits, comforts, and purposes, as well as the satisfaction you get with every completed project.
However, making a cocoon for my new grandson was an unmatched experience of joy, love, eagerness, and expectation. Hours flew by, and the project started to take shape in no time.
Then came the ultimate happiness when I saw him in it: a small, beautiful, healthy baby who fills our days with cheer and delight.
